Yoga for Depression. Dun dun dun.

Mama said there’d be days like this…there’d be days like this my mama said.

Bad days. We all have them. However, does a string of bad days mean we’re suffering from depression or is it simply bad luck?

Join the Krishna Club this week as we discuss how to cope with bad days/depression through the practice of spiritual yoga and meditation.
