What in the world does that mean?
Yoga is not just about the physical poses we normally think of when we talk about yoga. Yoga is a lifestyle. It means balance, health, and happiness. And what’s happiness without laughter?
On Thursday, January 19th, come learn the Krishna perspective as to how to keep laughter and balance as part of a holistic spiritual way of living. If that doesn’t sound enticing enough, the talk will be given by our very own Aastha Lal, our resident stand-up comedian. No joke.
Here’s what you need to know:
What: Yoga of Laughter
When: Thursday, Jan 19th at 7pm-9pm
Where: Student Centre, room 311C
Why: Because it’s awesome. And you’ll get some vegetarian dinner and mantra meditation too.
Cost: $5 ($15 membership for the entire semester)
Hope to see you there.
