Ever tried to shut your mind off? Hard, isn’t it? Every day our thoughts run rampant and often our minds are rendered defenseless because of these difficult to control thoughts. But what if there was a way to have ‘peace of mind’? Luckily enough, there is a solution.
The term “Japa” means contemplative meditation. What are the benefits? Techniques? Come join us for an interactive meditation “lab” where we’ll share ideas, practice meditating the Hare Krishna mantra, and enjoy good company all at the same time.
