Did you know that the total number of youths (12-19) in Canada at risk for developing depression is a staggering 3.2 million?
You’ve likely heard about mindfulness, or meditation, or yoga. Countless studies have shown the positive effect of meditation on mental illnesses.
On Wednesday, October 5th at 7pm, the Krishna Club will hold a meditation workshop. We’ll do some eastern meditation together, and also have an open discussion about techniques and benefits of meditation. You’ll love it. And, we’ll end off with some delicious veggie snacks.
