With so many things going on in our lives, it almost feels like we can never get a break! When you have an assignment due one day, an exam the next, friends who want to hang out, a grumbling stomach, and virtually no time to wind down and relax with a good book, it’s easy to get lost in the whirlwind of our daily lives. That’s why it’s important to prioritize our activities in order to be more efficient and make time for self care or personal goals!
