Follow Along Yoga Session

Is your head spinning with the amount of assignments, readings, quizzes, or tests you have? Have you already started thinking (and crying!) about the onslaught of midterm exams in a couple weeks?

Well, it sounds like you need to take a step back and indulge in some self care! If you’re looking for a fun yet calming activity to help you destress, join us this Friday September 25th from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM EST for a follow along yoga session!

The session will be facilitated by Susan Hu, a registered yoga and meditation instructor all the way from the Bhakti Center in New York! It’s definitely not an event to be missed!
