Mindfulness and Meditation

Welcome back to a new semester with York Bhakti Yoga Club! We have some really great events lined up for you this term, starting with a session on mindfulness and meditation. If you’re already starting to feel overwhelmed and stressed with upcoming midterms and assignments, this event is perfect for you! You’ll learn a variety of breathing techniques to help with relaxation and some tips and tricks on handling stress as a student. We hope to see you there Friday February 12th at 5 PM EST!
